Wrist Warmers

Mary has been godsend, teaching me to knit and helping me so much. She modeled all these for my portfolio. Here she is, isn't she beautiful?

My first attempt at Scandinavian knitting. This pair did turn our to be pretty good. They are so comfortable, wish I had made them longer though.

Same pattern from f.pea but I used stockinette stitch instead. Made with 85% mohair, 15% wool from Brown Sheep Company. Made with size 6 needles, knitted flat and sewn together.

This is another pair which were made as Christmas gifts. A simple design, made with Patons yarn with size 8 needles. Knits up very fast. Found the basic pattern at f.pea.

This is a pair of wrist warmers knitted from the yarn stash that Mary had given me some time ago. Made from sock yarn with size 2 needles knitted in the round.

Excellent work with the wrist warmers. The colour combinations are great. I can imagine how warm they can be in winter. I am glad you are blogging about your progress in knitting projects.
with warm regards,
